Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and free from damage

  • With original tags attached (for shoes)

  • In the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items designed for single or hygiene-sensitive use, such as screen protectors

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return your original item (once approved), and

  2. Place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Have tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

  • Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund

If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@fiovani.com.
